Discovery is about learning; it’s about gathering as much information as possible about a client, including their needs, their offerings and the challenges they face. LightRoom reviews all the background material (storyline, branding document, etc.) pertinent to the project, ensuring a deep understanding of the project as well as Playground’s the needs, goals and vision. LightRoom may need to conduct a discovery interview or distribute a discovery planner to obtain additional information. In this phase LightRoom obtains and analyzes any existing media.

STRATEGY During the Strategyphase LightRoom’s creative thought process is fused with the research performed in the Discovery phase. We take Playground’s creative briefings and fuse them with the research reviewed and performed in the Discovery Phase. This results in the development of an actionable Creative Brief for the project. This Creative Brief becomes a blueprint for all who work on the project. We explore various creative and technical solutions and determine the best fit for the client’s needs.

CREATION In the Creationphase, all elements for the project are developed. Fuelled by the Creative Brief, the production team has a clear understanding of the project’s goals and objectives and the required creative and technological components. We implement the plan, designing, producing and gathering all of the elements we need before artfully crafting them into the final product.

FULFILLMENTDuring Fulfillmentwe deliver the final product. Precise installation ensures proper usage and training is conducted as required. Finally, we evaluate the effectiveness of the deliverables, ensuring we met or exceeded all the objectives and client expectations.
