Millennium Tower San Francisco

One day my phone rang and I noticed the call display was showing a San Francisco phone number.  I answered the call and found myself talking to John Luciano from Millennium Partners.  It seems they were developing their first signature residential development after having a successful run developing and operating a string of Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton Properties across the US.  This building was to be the first that would have the name Millennium - the development companies name and they wanted every aspect of the marketing program to set a new standard.  John had just visited Vancouver with Rich Baumert and they had toured a number of the most innovative sales centres in the city.  Someone had given him my contact info along the way and he called and listed off the places they had been and the displays and interactive technologies they had been impressed by – LIghtroom had produced every one he listed.  Shortly there after, Lightroom was engaged to develop the sales Centre for the project – Rich wanted a sales centre like no other, one that would set a new standard for the company, and for the San Francisco Marketplace.  We worked closely with the Millennium team, Handel Architects and Ronin Advertising and created a truly impressive space.  The result was one of my personal favorites, and I had the opportunity to return several times over the life of the project and was always pleasantly impressed.

A signature feature for the project was a multi-screen interactive station built into the model base.  Touch screen in the model base controlled both the lights in the physical model as well as the content on Holoscreens suspended from the 20 foot ceilings.
