When Reliance Properties set out to develop it first residential tower, they approached Lightroom to produce the marketing program.  Working closely with Magnum Projects, Lightroom produced and created the entire marketing program from the Project Name and identity through the print collateral, advertising, 3D renderings, website, interactive touch-screens and sales presentation centre.  The result was a highly successful sales and marketing program that sold out the building in a matter of weeks, at a time when other higher profile developers were struggling in the marketplace.  Now with West Pender Place complete, we are very proud of our contribution to this iconic development.
